The International Waterski & Wakeboard Federation is pleased to announce the 2023 IWWF Male & Female Athletes of the Year. Great Britain's Joel Poland (water ski) and Australia's Ashleigh Stebbeings (barefoot) were selected Male and Female Athletes of the Year, respectively.

In addition, respective sport discipline councils selected athletes of the year.

U.S. athletes earning honors were: Connor Poggetto, Male Disabled Water Ski Athlete of the Year; Grace Petzold, Female Show Ski Athlete of the Year; Pete Hegarty, Male Show Ski Athlete of the Year; and Erika Lang, Female Water Ski Athlete of the Year.
