Sanctioning - Club Responsibilities#
It is the responsibility of the local organizing club to ensure that all pre-tournament sanction requirements have been met, including the sanction fee payment, by no later than 7 days prior to the start of the event or a late fee penalty may be assessed.
All sanctioned events are required to follow the safe sport Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies (MAAPP). Be familiar with these policies and the protocol to report suspected or alleged MAAPP violations.
Organizers should actively prevent any individual on the Suspended Members List from participating in any way at this event.
Please check the status of your tournament prior to your event to confirm that all sanction application requirements have been met and that your sanction application has received final approval.
