Membership Options #
Active - $90
Active membership is the best option if you are planning on being involved in any competitions or tournaments. Allows for participation in all USA Water Ski & Wake Sports events and includes secondary insurance coverage, including the jump ramp. Join Now.
Under 25 Active- $60
Allows for participation in all USA Water Ski & Wake Sports events and includes secondary insurance coverage, including the jump ramp. Join Now.
Grassroots Active - $45
A fun, family-oriented way to experience water sports. Allows for participation in grassroots tournaments, basic skills clinics, and practices. Includes secondary insurance coverage for each of those events (except for the jump ramp). Does not allow for competition for any class level tournaments. Join Now.
Supporting Membership - $20
A great option for recreational water ski, wakeboard, or wake surf enthusiasts. Allows you to stay connected to the sport; however, the supporting membership does not allow for participation in USA Water Ski & Wake Sports sanctioned events. Join Now.
Family Membership - $190
Family membership is a good option if you have more than two members of your household involved in the sport. The family membership requires a head of household (HOH) to register as the family administrator with up to six members under one account (spouse and children 17 and under at the same address). Club Membership - $125
Affiliated clubs have the ability to sanction practices, exhibitions, tournaments and other events and get general liability insurance coverage for sanctioned events through USA Water Ski & Wake Sports. Club memberships expire on Dec. 31 of each year. Join Now.
Membership Statuses#
The drop-down accordion to the right explains each of the new membership status types. You will see this displayed in the Membership Status box on your dashboard within My Profile – Membership Information.
Safe Sport & Background Screen Status
You will also notice a status in your individual membership dashboard for Safe Sport training and background screen. Please note that the background screen status only applies to a select group of members such as National Teams, coaches/instructors, junior development leaders, show ski directors and assistant directors, select officials and board members.
The three statuses for Safe Sport training are Expired, Not Started or In Progress. Click here to complete Safe Sport training for the first time or click here take the annual refresher course.
For background screens, the statuses are either Completed or Pending. If your membership activity does not require a background screen or you have not yet completed the screen, your status will show as Pending.
