Insurance requirements apply to all motorized boats (including towboats, personal watercraft, pontoons, barges or other motorized watercraft) used in connection with USA Water Ski & Wake Sports sanctioned events. Only boats less than 58 feet in length may be used in connection with USA-WSWS sanctioned events.

Each boat owner shall provide and maintain, at the boat owner’s expense, the following insurance for claims arising out of the use and operation of the owner’s boat in connection with a USA-WSWS sanctioned event.  Watercraft Liability insurance with limits of not less than $500,000 each accident for bodily injury and property damage arising out of the use and operation of the boat. Said policy shall include the following parties as Additional Insureds: USA-WSWS, its sponsors, directors, employees, volunteers, members, clubs, associations, sport disciplines & divisions.
