Sandy Hardee is the office manager and is responsible for negotiation of contracts with vendors, travel and accommodations, world team uniforms, and assisting with various other duties. She is also the headquarters’ liaison for club liability and individual medical questions. She has been with USA Water Ski since 1998.

In Sandy’s off time, she enjoys spending time with her children and granddaughters. Sandy is the co-founder of a faith-based community outreach that teaches drug awareness to youth and adults and provides support groups for families struggling with addiction. She is also very active in her church's community outreach efforts.
